3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our refund policy is based on the specific service purchased and the timing of your cancellation. Each service (flights, hotels, tours, etc.) has its terms, which are generally set by the service provider.

• General Conditions: All refund requests must be made in writing. Refunds are subject to the policies of the service provider, and applicable penalties or service charges will be deducted from any refund amount.

• Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 7-14 business days and are issued to the original payment method.

• Tour Packages & Reservations:

  • 100% Refund: 30 days or more before departure.

  • 50% Refund: 15-29 days before departure.

  • No Refund: 14 days or less before departure.

• Flights, Cruises, and Other Services: Refund conditions are determined solely by the respective service providers (airlines, cruise companies, etc.). The terms presented at the time of booking are binding.

• Non-Refundable Items: Travel insurance premiums, as well as our agency's non-refundable planning and service fees, are not eligible for a refund.

4. Travel Agent & Supplier Responsibility

Elevit Tourism & Travel Agency LLC acts as a sales agent for various suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators). We are not responsible for the actions, omissions, or failures of these suppliers, including but not limited to their failure to adhere to schedules, provide services, or honor refunds. We have no special knowledge of their financial condition.

You are responsible for reviewing all travel documents for accuracy and ensuring that the names match your government-issued ID. We recommend promptly informing us of any discrepancies.

5. Assumption of Risk & Liability Release

Travel may involve inherent risks. We assume no responsibility for and are not liable for any acts of God, terrorism, health hazards (including pandemics or illnesses), unsafe conditions, or other unforeseeable events.

By traveling, you expressly assume all risks and dangers, including those related to COVID-19. You agree to release and hold harmless Elevit Tourism & Travel Agency LLC, and its employees, agents, and partners, from any and all claims, demands, and liabilities that may arise out of or in connection with these risks. We recommend consulting official government travel advisories for safety and health information.

6. Travel Requirements & Fees

• Foreign Entry Rules: You are solely responsible for verifying and complying with all passport, visa, vaccination, and other entry requirements for your destination and any connecting points.

• Fees & Price Changes: You agree to pay our non-refundable travel planning and service fees. While we will assist with rebooking if a supplier drops a price, we do not guarantee a successful outcome. Suppliers may also impose price increases, which you consent to.

• Reservation Rule Violations: You agree not to purchase tickets with prohibited flight segments (e.g., "hidden-city" or "back-to-back" ticketing). You acknowledge that such actions may lead to the cancellation of your itinerary by the airline and agree to indemnify us against any claims resulting from such violations.

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events, including trip cancellations and medical emergencies. Please be aware that many policies have specific clauses that may exclude epidemics and pandemics. You agree to hold us harmless for your decision not to purchase insurance or for any denial of a claim by the insurer.

8. Claims & Jurisdiction

You agree to present any claims against us within 30 days after your trip ends and to file any legal action within one year of the incident. You agree that all claims will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the USA.
