At Elevit Tourism & Travel Agency LLC, we place great importance on customer satisfaction. However, as most of the travel services we offer are pre-booked and depend on agreements with suppliers, the following refund policy applies:
1. General Conditions
All refund requests must be made in writing within 24 hours of the booking date.
Refunds are only applicable for reservations that comply with our cancellation policies.
Cancellation of the reservation and supplier approval are required before a refund can be processed.
2. Cancellation Fees
Some reservations may be subject to cancellation fees determined by the supplier.
These fees will be deducted from the refund amount before it is returned.
3. Refund Process
For eligible requests, refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after approval.
Payments will be made to the original payment method used for the reservation.
4. Exceptions
Reservations made under a promotion, discount, or special campaign are generally non-refundable.
Situations such as visa denial, health issues, etc., will be evaluated according to the supplier's policies.
